I grew up in Durango, Colorado and have been in private practice since 2006. I graduated medical school from The National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland Oregon in 2006. My journey into naturopathic medicine began with a personal discovery—my own experience with autoimmune issues taught me the importance of listening to our bodies, managing what we put into them and noticing how our state if mind is in every moment. This understanding is pivotal for our our well-being and has shaped my approach to medicine and fuels my passion for helping others achieve optimal health.

I offer a unique integration of Western, Chinese, and Functional /Naturopathic medicine. I believe in the power of whole food nutrition, mindful living, and a positive mindset as the foundations of a vibrant life.
