I grew up in Durango, Colorado and have been in private practice since 2006. I graduated with dual degrees - Naturopathic Medical Doctor (ND) in 2002 and Master of Science of Oriental Medicine (MSOM) in 2006, both from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, Oregon.
My Journey
My own experience with autoimmune issues and chronic pain taught me the importance of Naturopathic Functional Medicine. Listening to our bodies, managing what we put into them and noticing how our state if mind is in every moment. Every choice you make, every thought you think, every belief you have has the potential to bring you closer to your best self. Nothing changes unless you change your life. My goal is to inspire you to make changes so you can live your most abundant life.
